Order and Fullfillment
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order to help reduce waste. Our fulfillment time is typically 3–7 business days, after which your order is shipped. Estimated shipping times depend on your location:
- USA: 5-8 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Canada: 8-14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total estimated time = Fulfillment time (3–7 days) + Shipping time
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we work with an on-demand fulfillment partner, orders begin processing quickly.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us at support@thecolorfulchaos.com within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best, but once production starts, cancellations and changes are not possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If you have any issues, email us at support@thecolorfulchaos.com
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
We work with a global fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Your order will ship from the location closest to your delivery address for faster shipping times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We're based in the U.S. and currently ship to Canada and the UK. We're looking to expand to more international locations soon — stay tuned!
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are determined by your country’s customs office. Unfortunately, we do not control these fees, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived, please:
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Verify that the shipping address entered was correct.
Check with neighbors or your local post office to see if the package was misdelivered.
If you still can’t locate your order after these steps, email us at info@thecolorfulchaos.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, as each item is made to order. However, if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right!
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email info@thecolorfulchaos.com within 30 days of receipt with:
- Photos of the issue
- Your order number
If we determine it was an error on our part, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
I entered the wrong shipping address—what can I do?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost. Please contact us to update your address and arrange reshipping.

All our products are printed on demand, which means they are made only after you place an order. This reduces waste and promotes sustainable production.
